Vintage Roses

I just had to post about this beautiful card I bought on ebay. Carol makes the most beautiful, hand embossed, vinatge style cards full of roses and Victorian prints. They're delivered with a hand embossed envelope plus a beautiful gift tag and embossed envelope seal. They're the loveliest cards I've ever come across and I'm afraid the person I was going to send mine to will be getting a card from my card bag, I just can't bear to part with this beauty.

Hi there,
Thanks for visiting my blog and your lovely comment. I love the card, in fact I will be ordering one for my mums birthday, like you I may be tempted to keep it though.

Hi Steph

I can see why you want to keep this beautiful card. I would find it hard to part with such lovely roses too. Are you going to frame it or just keep it to look at occasionally?

Hiya, Steph!

That card is so pretty. I actually thought that it was a tin ceiling tile that had been painted, it looks that substantial. Carol is very talented :)

Lucky find for you!

Wow, that card so pretty indeed! I love such old vintage pictures! In February, we have been on a flea market in Paris and I was so excited when I fould the most wonderful old vintage post cards!

Now I need to check Carol's ebay sales... ;-))

Best wishes from Germany,

what a beautiful card! I can understand why you wouldn't want to part with it, it's a bit like me and the teacup gift bag!
Hope you are feeling better now after all that sorbet!
